The party continued their expedition through a diverse tapestry of landscapes, navigating the challenging terrains of mountains, thickets, and savanna that characterize the vast and untamed regions of Barsoom.

As they journeyed through the dense thickets, a sudden threat emerged as a Grook lunged towards the party with intent. Swiftly assessing the situation, Nril Mandre unleashed his Somnolence power, causing the creature to falter and succumb to a state of unconsciousness. Seizing the opportunity, Xor swiftly delivered a decisive blow, vanquishing the Grook and ensuring the safety of the group.

With the unexpected encounter behind them, the party pressed on, traversing the open expanse of the savanna as the day waned. As night descended upon Barsoom, they established their camp beneath the vast expanse of the clear night sky, its celestial display serving as a beacon amidst the untamed wilderness. Under the watchful gaze of the stars, the party rested, reflecting on the day's events and preparing for the adventures that awaited them in the unpredictable landscapes of this ancient world.
